

The first driver to install should always be the Ethernet (NIC) drivers, because then you can connect to the internet on that computer and download the rest. On the HP Entertainment PC I was working with, I had to download almost all the drivers from HP.com because they don't offer system CD's anymore (they rely on the "recovery" partition, which I just so happen to remove). Then, simply went through the installation process after booting to the CD.ĭuring the installation, just format the existing partition(s) and then pick the partition you want to install Vista Business 32-bit on. After backing up what I needed, I put the CD in and restarted the computer.

I went to (Newegg had the same price) and bought an OEM Computer Builder Version of Microsoft Windows Vista Business 32-bit. In case anyone was wondering the outcome of this post, I will share what I did.
